郑乃权 (President)

Dr. Zheng Naiquan graduated in 1982 from Zhejiang Agricultural University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Machinery Engineering. He earned his master’s (1985) and Ph.D. (1995) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has held positions at the American Sports Medicine Institute and the University of Florida College of Medicine. He is currently a tenured professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, directing the Biomechanics Laboratory. Founding council member (2012) and re-elected in 2016. Elected President in 2021.

徐卫宁 (Advisor / Former President)

Xu Weining graduated from Zhejiang University in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He worked at Nanjing Chemical Industry Corporation from 1982 to 1992. He earned two master’s degrees from Drexel University (Chemical Engineering in 1995 and Information Systems in 2000). He worked in software development and project management at AIG and MetLife, and has been a Mortgage Broker since 2016. Former President who transitioned to Advisor / Lifetime Council Member.

朱涵齐 (First Vice President)

Zhu Hanqi graduated from Zhejiang University in 2013 with dual bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Resources & Environment and Finance. She pursued dual master’s degrees in Economics and Statistics at North Carolina State University.

霍明旭 (Vice President)

Huo Mingxu received his bachelor’s degree in Information and Electronic Technology (Microelectronics) from Zhejiang University in 1998. He taught at ZJU until 2007, earned a master’s in 2005 focusing on IC physical design algorithms, and later researched on-chip ESD protection. He obtained an M.S. in Computer Engineering from NCSU in 2013 and now works as a software engineer in Silicon Valley.

高云峰 (Head of Finance)

Gao Yunfeng graduated from Zhejiang University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems & Automation). He received an MBA from Illinois State University in 2009. He has extensive experience in power transmission and generation project management and currently serves as Market and Sales Manager at the Hydro Power Division of Andritz Group.

Head of the Events Department.

刘芳芳 (Deputy Head of Finance)

Deputy Head of the Finance Department.

戚霄 (Head of Liaison)

Qi Xiao graduated from the College of Media and International Culture in 2009 and received an MBA from Duke University in 2018. She currently works as a Product Manager at LexisNexis. Head of the Liaison Department.
