郑乃权 (President)

Dr. Zheng Naiquan graduated in 1982 from Zhejiang Agricultural University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Machinery Engineering. He earned his master’s (1985) and Ph.D. (1995) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has held positions at the American Sports Medicine Institute and the University of Florida College of Medicine. He is currently a tenured professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, directing the Biomechanics Laboratory. Founding council member (2012) and re-elected in 2016.

戚霄 (First Vice President)

Qi Xiao graduated from the College of Media and International Culture in 2009 and received an MBA from Duke University in 2018. She currently works as a Product Manager at LexisNexis.

朱涵齐 (Vice President)

Zhu Hanqi graduated from Zhejiang University in 2013 with dual bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Resources & Environment and Finance. She pursued dual master’s degrees in Economics and Statistics at North Carolina State University.

霍明旭 (Vice President)

Huo Mingxu received his bachelor’s degree in Information and Electronic Technology (Microelectronics) from Zhejiang University in 1998. He taught at ZJU until 2007, earned a master’s in 2005 focusing on IC physical design algorithms, and later researched on-chip ESD protection. He obtained an M.S. in Computer Engineering from NCSU in 2013 and now works as a software engineer in Silicon Valley.
