祁蕾 (President)

President of the Fifth Term Council.

郑乃权 (Advisor / Former President / Lifetime Council Member)

Dr. Zheng Naiquan graduated in 1982 from Zhejiang Agricultural University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Machinery Engineering. He later earned his master’s (1985) and Ph.D. (1995) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has held faculty and research positions at the American Sports Medicine Institute, University of Florida College of Medicine, and is currently a tenured professor in the College of Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he directs the Biomechanics Laboratory and serves on multiple editorial boards. Founding council member (2012) and re-elected in 2016.

戚霄 (First Vice President)

Qi Xiao graduated from the College of Media and International Culture in 2009 and received an MBA from Duke University in 2018. She currently works as a Product Manager at LexisNexis.

霍明旭 (Vice President)

Huo Mingxu received his bachelor’s degree in Information and Electronic Technology (Microelectronics) from Zhejiang University in 1998. He taught at ZJU until 2007, earned a master’s degree in 2005 focusing on IC physical design algorithms, and later researched on-chip ESD protection. He obtained an M.S. in Computer Engineering from NCSU in 2013 and now works as a software engineer in Silicon Valley.
